Welsh Cob Saith Magical Amber is for sale to an approved home.
Amber is a proven broodmare producing Saith Black Pepper, already champion as a 2 y old. She was an easy breeder and an excellent mum.
Amber is a real character, as well as being kind and extremely loving. She is easy to catch and comes to call. She has been tetanused and is excellent with the farrier. She loads on a trailer or lorry with no problems.
Amber has been broken to ride and has come 4th in the Royal Welsh ridden mares class, as well as being featured in the Horse and Hound after winning the performance show.
Amber then went on loan to a dressage home where she was trained superbly and can do walk to canter / counter canter etc. She is extremely well balanced.
She also hunted with the Glamorgan Hunt, and was found to be responsible if a bit excitable ! Has completed a few cross country coursesAmber loves to jump. Hasnt done alot of jumping, but she does love it.
She is a good doer - never sick or sorry. Lives out all year round.
She is always in the ribbons with in hand showing and has been supreme champion a few times.
She does crib bite when in a stable, but its not manic, just occasionally.
She is wasted here, as I have so many to ride and deal with, she seems to be forgotten in the field (not that she cares about that !) so would need bringing back into work, or being a fantastic mum. She has not been ridden for a while and would need fittening up again. She is good in traffic but is a bit sticky out hacking.
She is a fun horse, with loads to give. Amazing muscle structure, and would be excellent for long distance riding.
Not for a novice person as she is extremely intelligent . £1,800.
